1080P

1080P, also known as Full HD, is a display format with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. The “P” stands for Progressive Scan, a higher quality video rendering method. Full HD televisions and most Blu-ray players typically use the 1080P format.

2K

2K resolution is primarily used in the digitization and projection of films. Its width is typically 2048 pixels, with the height varying depending on the aspect ratio. Common 2K resolutions include 2048×1080 and 1998×1080.

4K

4K, also known as Ultra High Definition (UHD), is a display format with a resolution of 3840×2160 pixels. This resolution provides four times the pixels of 1080P, enabling more detailed and sharper images. 4K televisions and many of the latest streaming services, such as Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, support 4K resolution.

8K

8K is a display format with a resolution of 7680×4320 pixels, four times that of 4K and sixteen times that of 1080P. 8K provides viewers with an incredibly detailed and lifelike visual experience. However, due to the lack of 8K content and the high cost of equipment, 8K has not yet become widespread.
